Training Consultant


Responsibilities:

To provide management training solutions based on customer needs; 

To maintain and develop corporate customers and provide them with professional training consulting services;

To provide professional ideas and suggestions about enterprise development and training course system improvement;

To give customer managers guidance in project design, business negotiation and customer development;

To maintain good relationships with core clients.


Qualification requirements:

At least two years’ experience in human resources management (experience in consulting and training institutions is preferred); 

One- or two-years’ experience in sales for the key customers;

Ability to take the initiative to analyze and solve problems;

Bachelor degree or above (MBA, human resources management are preferred);
