1.Work closely with hiring manager, understand, and analyze the recruitment needs, independently responsible for recruitment follow company recruitment process.

2.Collect and analyze the right channel and recourse for recruitment.

3.Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria by using proper recruitment channel.

4.Organize job fair, job board, and do relevant preparation work, keep good relationship and regular contact with high educational institutes.

5.CV screen and conduct first interview, arrange hiring manager interview and relative recruitment process.

6.To assist other HR function
