Management Consulting Assistant


Responsibilities:
To assist consultants to plan and design corporate operational and managerial activities systematically and be responsible for the compilation of research plans, outlines of interviews and survey questionnaires;
To collect and organize project-related information, carry out the previous researches and analyses of a project, draft, compile and process project reports, project proposals, interview implementation and consulting plans;
To conduct market researches and analyses and compile relevant reports;
To participate in client interviews and other enterprises’ management researches;
To complete the making of project-related documents based on the requirements of project managers and consultants;
To be responsible for administration and logistics affairs in the project team when serving as a project secretary;

Qualification requirements:
Juniors, seniors and graduate students in human resources, business management and other majors in colleges of business administration ( people who have a long-term practice will and intend to stay in the company after practice are preferred );
Pleasant personality, good communication skills and team spirit;
