Qualification requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, 27-45 years old;

At least three years of experience as a department director (manager) in large and medium-size enterprises with a MBA; 

Outstanding accomplishments in at least one professional field, such as strategy, HR, corporate culture, management and marketing, quality, production, logistics management;

Comprehensive and systematic enterprise management theory knowledge and up-to-date management concepts;

Good writing skills and good at writing project planning books, project alternatives;

Good communication skills and good at providing constructive suggestions to clients with rich management knowledge;

Proficient in using computers and OFFICE WORD, EXCEL for graphics production and preference for people who are also familiar with other specialized analysis tools;

Excellent team-work ability for harmonious cooperation with colleagues in project team.
